Jaw and Chin Sculpting
Many people suffer a loss of confidence when it comes to the shape of their chins. Of course surgery in the form of chin augmentation is an an option but for many people that is not an attractive option. At Face Hub we promote the non-surgical approach, there is far less downtime and of course recovery time.
Injectable fillers can give you the desired look for your chin but without having to go under the knife. Sagging skin, jawline that is becoming less and less defined? Not to worry, our chin fillers will give you immediate results, giving your chin a more balanced, smooth look.
With our unique fillers we can address issues of sagging which affect so many women in later life, replumping the affected area and providing that appearance of youth.
Our experienced doctors and nurses use and aesthetic gel-based treatment, which they inject into the jaw or chin, with results showing a more natural, sculpted looking jawline. This gel-based filler is based on a naturally occurring substance in the body, the sugar molecule. By injecting the fillers it revitalises the affected area and adds volume. The procedure itself takes no longer than 45 minutes, and we have numbing agents which can be applied if the patient requires. After which, your doctor will prescribe you pre and post treatments for you to follow in order to get the maximum results from the procedure.
You will see immediate results and these results can last anywhere up to 6 months, depending on a number of factors; product used and the physiological make-up of the client. Dermal fillers as opposed to surgery are long-lasting but thankfully not permanent. They are biodegradable so they naturally absorb into your body over time. Top-ups are usually required every 6 – 9 months, however our doctors and nurses will advise you on the best time for you.
Is it Painful?
You will feel a slight pinch when the needle is inserted however will we numb the area prior to that if required and the injection itself, the formula has numbing properties within it so you should feel next to nothing.
There might be some swelling, maybe even some slight bruising where the injection was administered but in some cases there won’t even be that. However our trained team will be on hand to advise on any scenario.
How Long Does It Last?
With Juvederm being used alongside quality products you can expect the treatment to last up to 24 months.
