Facial Profiling
Cheek
Cheek augmentations may be desired to improve the definition of the cheek bones or to lift the midface as part of facial rejuvenation. This treatment can also reduce the appearance of nose to mouth lines, giving the face a younger, fresher appearance. Dermal fillers are excellent alternatives to permanent cheek implants, which can cause infection or move. This can lead to asymmetry in the face. Although fat can be used to transfer into the face, dermal filler can achieve a similar result without requiring surgery.
Chin
Dermal fillers are an alternative to permanent chin implants, which can sometimes cause infection or move. This can lead to asymmetry in the face. Although fat can be used to add volume to the face, dermal filler injections are the only way to achieve a similar result without undergoing surgery.
Benefits
Our cheek and chin enhancements can help to make your cheekbones appear more prominent, as well as define a more diminutive jaw line and lift the cheeks for a more youthful appearance.
The Advantages of Chin Enhancement:
– Enhance the definition of your chin and jaw line.
– To make the chin appear fuller and more forward.
– Increase the length of the chin to balance the proportions of the face.
– Depending on the patient’s preferences, reshape the chin to be more feminine or masculine.
– When combined with botulinum toxin jaw reduction, the V shape face is enhanced.
– Chin asymmetry should be corrected.

The Treatment
The new injection technique has made the treatment very comfortable and does not require any typical anaesthetic. The dermal filler is slowly injected into the skin above the cheek bone. Depending on the natural shape of your cheek, additional product may be placed laterally in the cheek to enhance the contour. The effect is immediate and can last up to 18 months. However, due to the immediate swelling caused by the procedure, the final result will not be visible for 3-4 weeks. You can have a plan for regular follow-up treatments to keep the initial result. Our treatment provides a long-lasting but not permanent result, allowing you to fine-tune your treatment in response to changing tastes.
How Does It Work?
Hyaluronic acid, a temporary filler, is the most commonly used dermal filler. One of nature’s most versatile and fascinating substances is hyaluronic acid. It can be found throughout the body as well as in the majority of other living organisms. It performs a variety of functions, including providing elasticity and volume to our skin, giving it a youthful appearance. Dermal Filler injections are sterile gels made in a laboratory from non-animal, cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA). They contain no human or animal DNA and have the best safety profile of any filler currently on the market because they are the only reversible type of filler. These products are FDA-approved for use in the nasolabial fold and are used “off-label” in a variety of procedures.
Pre-Treatment
To determine the best location for enhancement, the area is cleaned with antiseptic and marked with a marker pen. If patients prefer, numbing cream can be applied for added comfort.
Post Treatment
It is recommended that you sleep on your back for the first 2-3 nights to avoid putting pressure on the treated area. To prevent infection, avoid touching and applying creams or make-up for 6 hours after the treatment. Exercise should be avoided for 4-6 hours after treatment. Limit your exposure to the sun. Wear an SPF of 35 or higher every day.
