The Masseter muscle can generate a square-looking jaw when overused, but nerve signals are stopped using muscle relaxing injections, allowing the muscle to contract less tightly. As a result, its bulk is reduced, resulting in a softer jaw angle, a less square jaw, and a more youthful oval face.
